IDEs: AWS offers Cloud9, the free option is VSCode, the premium option is Jetbrains.
Version control: AWS offers CodeCommit, the free option is Gitea, the premium option is GitHub/GitLab.
Security scanners: that's pretty broad, but depending on what you mean by that, AWS will scan your container images on ECR, the free option is Trivy, and the premium option is built into products like GitHub Advanced Security.
Firewalls: AWS has managed security groups / network access control lists etc., the free option is configuring iptables directly, the premium option, take your pick from companies like Palo Alto Networks.
Dependency management: again this is vague, AWS offers ECR and CodeArtifact, the free option is Nexus, the premium option is JFrog.

So, this would be premium, except that the free options let you do it too
> support, polish, and documentation
Look, options like KeyCloak are pretty well polished and documented. If you think you can charge a premium price for support, then go for it, but then you're not selling to devs, instead you're selling to sclerotic BigCo that wants the enterprise support package.
