Draft of TikTok’s Plan to Avoid a Ban Gives the US Unprecedented Oversight Power
- berniedurfee 3y agoFrom my understanding, this sounds very much like what foreign companies operating in China need to agree to with the Chinese government. This not the solution I was expecting. It sounds like a terrible precedent and I think exposes the intentions and desires of our government to gain more ‘oversight’ into online communications. Disappointing.
