If 38% of people don't have a stable income except for a measly govt social grant for R350 per month then it seems clear to me there is a correlation between poverty and the rampant crime.
- sgt 3y agoI want my sassa grant! Imagine.. R350 is like half a bag of groceries at Woolies.
- yetanotherloser 3y agoYou get more of what you subsidise. Looks like that social grant did as designed and created a shitload of social grant recipients - politically useful to someone, at vast human cost.
