- cityofdelusion 3y agoThis doesn't matter much because the restaurant industry in the U.S. has a very strong culture of not taking leave of _any_ kind since it messes up everyone else's schedule. It is usually the employees themselves who enforce this unwritten rule on each other by intense peer pressure.
