Every consulting experience ever: They all work at “top” firms and have “elite” educations. All of them. Seeing it in this thread. After we sign the contract, “the problem is far, far greater than we were led to believe, and the solution is more consulting.” The HR solution is always the opposite of what we’re doing. Title drift? Reduce titles! College grads have same titles as seasoned veterans? More titles! The operational solution is always the same bundle of crap they sell to everyone else, but they’ll tell you it’s custom. Good luck getting any fixes in a reasonable time frame or expense.
