Ah, the crummy US retail banking and payment system strikes again.
- janalsncm 3y agoWell that’s precisely my point. Whether or not an innovation sticks isn’t just a function of how innovative it is. The entrenchment of personal habits and the entrenchment of industry mean that there is a threshold which needs to be cleared. In the case of banking and payments, that threshold is pretty high.
