Someone who thinks it's okay to drive under the influence is unlikely to follow the laws around preventing over-consumption by their patrons.
- lsaferite 3y agoI agree, but I also think recency should factor in the equation. If you had a major series of screw-ups 2 decades ago and nothing since, you aren't likely to be an issue.
