- everybodyknows 3y ago> In an update the university provided to students when the RFQ went out, which a UCSB representative shared with TRD, school officials said they are continuing “to work on the planning and consultation process for Munger Hall” and that the university “is also actively moving forward simultaneously with plans to develop additional housing options for our students.” IOW: "We're working our contacts in Sacramento and Washington for alternative funding, but at the moment we have zippo, nada."
- Tempest1981 3y agoThis seems like a short time window -- is it maybe just a formality before proceeding with the Munger design? > The complete RFQ will be available at www.ucsbplanroom.com/rfqs on July 25, 2023, and SOQ submittals are due by 4:00 p.m. on August 18, 2023.
