Not seeing those boot times, but I rarely reboot. I usually reboot my W10 box once every few months or so. Our IT department commissions our Windows PCs in about an hour. Something seems very very wrong here, but I'm not an IT expert.

If you're not rebooting your W10 box every month, then every time you do reboot you're doing windows updates.

  True, but our IT only lets important/critical updates through, so its not really a big burden.
