When was the last time you surveyed them? Last I heard sex changes were widely accepted in medicine. Or maybe we should hear from one of them (an educated person) on exactly why they don't believe in it (rather than just some guy who "knows")?

  Of course not. The person's sex was already defined. The surgery just brings their body into line with that reality. If I, a guy, lose my penis I'm still a guy. Sewing it back on just affirms that.

Amazing how quickly the "gender and sex are different things" wedge to get in the door became "my sex is whatever my chosen gender is".
