It does reach the majority. People in the US, even the poor people, are way more wealthy than Europeans.
- croes 3y agoI highly doubt that, even poor people in Europe can afford good health care compared to the US.
- personomas 3y agoIn my personal experience, health care in Europe is of considerable less quality than in the US.
