It's going to depend how you us it. I waste far more time on Hacker News, which has a similar dubious added value... I like to keep up with my friends and see what they're up to, and we trade text messages through our Stories, etc. It's something I can do during a couple poop breaks in the day, so I don't really think of it as being "bad" for me. Maybe I'm the only one using it who isn't addicted?
