This is very interesting as I'm also nearsighted and wear contacts most of the time, and I've noticed a bit of eye strain lately as I get older. I know you're wearing them in addition to your RX contacts but are the glasses themselves prescription or OTC?
- mrled 3y agoMy optometrist told me that any pair of glasses can be made to adjust the focal point, and that if I regularly wear my prescription glasses instead of contacts, I should also buy a pair of prescription glasses with adjusted focal point for computer work. (I opted not to do that since I am almost always in contacts and because of the cost.)
