I’ve seen some glasses manufacturers charge me more for astigmatic lenses specifically. Never to the magnitude the other person mentioned but also not at the same cost. It was part of the cost breakdown on the receipt, but likely they’re just fleecing people. I didn’t end up buying from them. But in general, it’s been the same cost as non-astigmatic lenses. What I meant to say is, lenses “may” be more but I accidentally dropped the “may ”. Too late to edit now
