- bluenose69 3y agoIt seems to me that citing R (or some other software tool) makes sense when it spares the author the task of providing detailed explanations. Administrators who gauge work quality by counting citations are not helping the world much. Maybe it's time we started citing administrators who help us in our work ... so that their administrators can get rid of them if they are not helping. But of course I'm dreaming in technicolour -- administrators are never really subject to review, it seems.
