- thedougd 3y agoThis can go either way. At my present company, HR budget eats the recruiter cost because it is seen as outsourcing an HR function. Others may charge it back to the hiring department and it’s eating into hiring bonus budget. Otoh, many companies pay hiring bonuses out of the HR budget.
