I don't think Tesla invented frameless car windows. I'm certain there are at least 50 years old car models with purely mechanical frameless car windows, but I'm too lazy to open wikipedia.
- Turskarama 3y agoNobody claimed they invented frameless windows, but I am going to claim (without doing due diligence) that they invented the frameless window that must be automatically wound down before the door can be opened.
- expertentipp 3y agoI will furtherly speculate that they own at least dozen of patents for this technology.

- ryder666 3y agoNope, at least Audi A5 from 2007 has frameless windows that lower automatically when you start opening the door.
