NYT is thinking about suing. Ok, how is this newsworthy? Did NYT share why it would sue? On what legal basis? Not yet. Lots of hypotheticals though.
So if they so, they might win.
This seems like the web site equivalent of a 20 minute YouTube video complaining about how someone might be upset.
I look forward to NYT suing and the case being resolved. It will help to have some legal determinations.
