Why are/were you regularly being injured!?
- JeremyNT 3y agoI'm not OP but I'm in my 40s and their tale is very familiar to me. If you live an active lifestyle in your 20s and 30s and try to keep up with the same pace as you age, over time you will just find yourself "tweaking" things. This could be small injuries, like a pulled muscle, or tendonitis, or joint pain. You are still physically capable of many of the same things, but if you deviate from the "happy path" injury is much more likely and takes way longer to heal.

Grabbing something, turning around, remembering I need something else, just rotating my upper body and grabbing it, done. Lifting a big mirror, without bracing myself. Etc.
