You are wrong, thinking that skills are main limiting factor. In reality, to create PRODUCT for MARKET economy, you need something more: 1. Idea. 2. Must admit, some guy who have skills, to implement idea (for simpleness I prefer to call this man-hours). 3. Some money, to pay for marketing. 4. Strong will, to spend your time and money for all this things running. So, why I said, skills are not main limiting factor? Because you could simply hire somebody, who have skills (buy man-hours). You could buy idea. Even if you have no money at the moment, you could do some work and make savings. But you cannot buy will. And unfortunately, most people don't have will to make anything more than satisfy basic needs. So what changes AI able to write software? Not much. Just appear more species on market, who could sell you man-hours, and from market equation, you may conclude, that man-hour will become cheaper, nothing more.
