My rabbi used to say that "charity with strings is just a bad job"; it's not charity if it's not given unconditionally.
- throw9away6 3y agoIf the person you provide charity to uses it to inflict harm on themselves and others is it really charitable?
- thechao 3y agoThey’re a person, not a puppet. I think you might be surprised at how little a budget is required for someone to harm themselves; some say it’s free!
