A solution doesn't have to be perfect in order to be much better than the status quo ante.
- nerdponx 3y agoHowever it should at least allow us to prioritize. Someone who just doesn't want to get off the street should be lower priority than someone who doesn't want to be there and for whatever reason can't make it work.
