How is this is type of evidence tampering not a slam-dunk case of perjury?
- Spooky23 3y agoIt wasn’t tampering, the rhetorical skills of the attorney and the dumbass ADAs failure to rein it in bamboozled a poorly prepared expert. In fairness, the guy was there to talk about a camera, not to describe how NTP on the cellular network works. The defense had the judge questioning the nature of time and space!
