Is Jamstack Officially Finished?

It's one thing to build a site for yourself that only you maintain. It's another thing to build a site for someone else that adds friction to a third-party picking up where you left off and maintaining it. Along the same lines, with all the permutations the initial learning curve is steeper. Too much friction discourages n00bs from getting onboard. I'm not sure is Jamstack is finished, but it's not helping itself as long as it has these attributes.
