Do you think it might, sometimes, be worth mobilizing resources for unusual events before they have begun to cause damage?
- Sakos 3y agoNo, clearly if it hasn't happened, it isn't worth preparing or worrying about. We do that after the shit has hit the fan and it's too late to actually do anything.
