I took away that it was 100 miles in Track Mode. In Range Mode it was a lot more. Not sure how much.

- jacquesm 3y agoAh that makes more sense, yes then it would have quite a bit more probably as much as two or three times that in 'regular' mode.
- peteforde 3y agoThe C&D article suggests 205 miles, which is presumably a brand new battery in warm climate. I'm not a car guy, and I loved Marques' video, too... but for $2.x million, you'd hope road mode would give you a bit more rope. Tesla S has different tiers, but they all seem to be over 400 miles. This seems more like a bucket list experience. Go to a closed track, pay high three-figures, sign six forms, drive really fast for an hour. I don't care how much you're worth; driving a $2.xM car around is just asking for fate to slap you down. I would have stress nightmares. Jerry Seinfeld knows what I mean.

- rbanffy 3y agoI don't think the requirements are the same for this and a Tesla (or a VW). You are not buying groceries with this. This is a toy you drive in order to drive it, not in order to get somewhere far.
