I've been using intellij to write code that uses a Java 21 or 22 dev build for months. Do you perhaps mean support for running the IDE itself on Java 21?

IntelliJ doesn’t have support for Java 21 syntax features, right? I tried running a dev build, but I couldn’t get it to work.

Use the Language Level 20 (preview), or if even that doesn't cover what you need, use "Experimental".
