Ask HN: What happened to Clubhouse? Anyone still actively using it?
It blew up during the lockdown. Hardly hear about it anymore.
- bombcar 3y agoIt filled with scammers and fell over and died.
- satvikpendem 3y agoIt was good when it was only restricted to famous people, but once it was open to everyone, the quality dropped exponentially. It's the same as what happened to Quora.
- gardenhedge 3y agoThe inflated egos of the self proclaimed thought leaders had quite the run during lock down. I'm happy it's over
- ecesena 3y agoFor me it's completely replaced by twitter spaces, that I can listen to live or recorded.
- chelmzy 3y agoThe local gangs use it in my city. Mostly to talk shit.
- harinderspreet 3y agoActually a lot porn people use it to discuss their things. Clubhouse unable to monitor them so a lot of people don't join.
