This sounds good on the surface, but if AI-created art is indistinguishable from human-created, how do you tell? Just slough off those DMCA takedowns and say it was AI what did it? Toy Story has a lot of artificial stuff in it, you know... "Hi, we're from the RIAA and we're investigating your copyright claims. You got a real nice business here, see, and it'd be a shame if all your copyright claims were invalid, see? Now it's a real shame you've been using AI to create all those works, see. We'd hate to see all of them pass into the public domain. Let us know what you think, see?"
