There is off label usage for depression and anxiety. No idea if it would help everyone but it certainly did for me in the short time I took it. I didn't like taking it longer term - it made me very irritable. The only time I've ever yelled/got angry on the spot at someone was when on mod - and it surprised and scared me. It also gave me bad stomach cramps.
