To be fair to Tesla that kind of service is only possible for high end vehicles like the S and X models.
The 3 and Y are way to cheap to sustain such a high level of service.
However that doesn’t excuse this theft or other examples of truly bad service from this thread.
- Lightbody 3y agoTotally. But they aren't even close to the level of service I get on my other car (Honda).
- thebruce87m 3y agoMy Y needed new trims fitted. I left it parked in an accessible area at home and went to work. The technician arrived, accessed the car and did the replacement. This is in Scotland.
- frumper 3y agoMy model Y and friends model 3 both have had service techs sent to our homes, in US. Definitely not just for S/X
