As far as I know, there have been several other studies of wide binaries recently and they did not find this effect. This paper claims they have filtered out more problematic data and used more data. I think more data will become available over the next few years too. So it's an interesting result that should be taken seriously, but we should wait for more studies before concluding relativity needs modification, IMHO.
