- dylan604 3y agoright...so is there a way of taking a sample from the recipient and have dna show up from the donor in a way that would confuse a police inquiry?
- hammock 3y agoHave them sample the transplanted organ
- Paul-Craft 3y agoSomeone who's had a bone marrow transplant will have different DNA in their blood than in the rest of their body.
- NikkiA 3y agoSamples are taken from inside the cheek, maybe when head transplants are more common, but even then you'd need the donor to have committed the crime, left their DNA via saliva, eyelash or such, then died, you receive the head transplant, then get collared for the crime. All without pointing out anywhere that it's a head transplant and could they use a different source of DNA sample.
