If the idea is that of building a one storey circular shed roughly 5 meters in diameter (which is what essentially current 3d building is capable of) we might sit down and compare costs against other building techniques (and I strongly doubt that the 30-40% savings touted is achievable, particularly in countries where the workers wages are not particularly high).
If instead the idea is to use 3d printing to build actual homes, the technology is simply not there to do much more than erecting the (not insulated) walls, that represent (of course it depends on countries and local building standards) a small percentage of the building costs, likely less than 10%.
