- RugnirViking 3y agomove fast and break things. Jury rigged. Hackers. Makers. Jugaad. It's all iterations on the same idea. It works well when your team is small and hungry. You have to transition out of it as your grow larger and get more fulltime engineers, else everything plunges into smaller teams working against each other in chaos. There are ways to capture the spirit in larger companies (skunkworks etc) but require large buy-in and trust by management.
