Total Suspender extension is critical if you have lots of tabs open at once.
- lost_tourist 3y agoNot really true any longer, almost all modern browsers will background (unload) tabs when you get more than N windows (or memory % consumption). I think you have to turn that behavior off if you don't want it via about:config chrome://flags
