    Weird that they'd go through all the trouble to block the web site to visitors outside of the USA. It's not like it contains NSA secrets or the USA's Canada-invasion plan.

        I'm a US citizen and taxpayer in a non-US country who has no intention of using this program or interfacing with it in any way but still would like to read the FAQ and see what my tax money is being used for. Geographical censorship is bad.
