I think there are many more things wrong, the provider of the software:

says nothing about a file size limit, but the instructions (about retrieving data from a failed external/portable SSD) are:
> 1. Download the SecureRecovery software
> 2. Select the location containing lost data. That is C: drive for most users.
Not a very good start, the drive letter won't ever be C: and besides the typical symptom of these failed SSD's seems to be that the volume becomes RAW (no drive letter assigned to it/ no mount point).
Also, the software being XP compatible (which would otherwise be a good thing, though Windows 7 is recommended) should mean that is not a dedicated tool for this specific kind of data recovery on Sandisk 2023 SSD's:

Personally I wouldn't touch this software with a ten foot pole.
