Very simplistic. Any article like this needs to be far more nuanced. I feel for "Unreliable Anna". Her mother is actually in hospital so she's stressed but trying to put a brave face on things. Her dickhead manager hasn't bothered to ask about her situation and is instead putting her through for a formal warning. Meanwhile the whole team find Lone Wolf Lisa toxic as she undoes other people's work and should be shown the door since she's clearly not a good fit and this isn't the first time. Her team can't understand why she's kept around so get demotivated. I could go on...
