This post shows why working is so uncomfortable.
It is never bad resource allocation, time management or toxic behavior in the workplace.
The fault has to always be the individual.
The person is an interchangable robot or resource, where you simply push some buttons to magically "reset" it.
Then you are shocked when the problem arises again and in other people as well.

- nisegami 3y agoYes, I agree. Reading "The Unreliable One" section in the context of someone who is being pulled in too many different directions by incompetent management really changes how it comes across.
