It's built for local multiplayer sessions and includes a simple level editor (levels are encoded in urls so it's easy to share them). In order to play you have to scan qr code with your phone (for test purposes it's possible to control 1 tank with WASD after pressing "local" button). There's still plenty of scaling and compatibility issues that will probably never be solved but it's been quite fun to work on.
