I would've loved to see a comparison against a C920 chip.
Anecdotally I compared simdutf's neon optimized utf8 count on a Arm Cortex-A72 with a hand optimized rvv utf8 count on a C920:
The A72 got ~5 GB/s for anything above 4 KB.
The C920 got 20 GB/s from 4 to 55 KB and then settles at 5.0 GB/s for larger sizes.
There won't be any of there shelves benchmarks using rvv (0.7.1), but if you target the cpu specifically it's quite powerful.
