I seriously hope this is a joke. If you can't make it happen when you have a place to live in one of the largest cities on earth, you aren't going to make it in SF. Oh, I forgot, SF is "the center of the startup universe." That seems like a good reason to live out of your car. If anything, it would make more sense to move OUT of SF to pursue a startup, since it is one of the most expensive cities in the US.
