Forgive me for making a comment that's very much not the point of the piece but I find Steve Jobs lack of nose in that illustration really unsettling. More to the point, I remember when our computer lab got an entire room of iMacs and I can still remember their new smell, and how exciting it was to have them. We also got a lab full of the candy colored G3(?)s for the film & video students. Also, the advertising was fresh.
