I understand where you are coming from and it doesn’t read like your goal is selfish. Growing up my parents didn’t allow me near certain parts because of the risk of accidents, but I was fortunate enough to have a wide area to run around where it was much safer. Even if you know who the offenders are, it’s not always directly solving the problem. Take care and stay safe.
