I don't care much about the privacy aspect. I wouldn't do it because it's degrading to make someone talk to a computer instead of a real person because the company is too lazy to interview you. If they treat you this badly during the interview, what does that say about actually working there? If they can't be bothered to have a short discussion with me, why would I waste my time recording something in hope that their shitty CV model will rate me high enough.
