We take over old fields and increase production (marginal wells) we also work with renewable energy either through helping companies acquire land and or operating. Given our size the deals sizes are about the same though from a cash flowing prospective Oil and Gas is still king. A fun stat is Oklahoma renewable electric production is at 47% in 2022 up from 10% in 2011. Now 90% of that is wind power, but we are expanding into utility scale solar. And the country folk are self installing solar panels with cost $.50-$.75 per watt.
