- jrs235 3y agoCan a state impose a tax on certain crop or product production within its jurisdiction?
- dragonwriter 3y agoYes, but if doing so substantially adversely impacts the value of existing property, they should at least expect litigation against it as a regulatory taking if they aren't compensating for the calie of that impact.
