Thieves using Bluetooth locator apps to find electronic devices in parked cars
- LinuxBender 3y agoPerhaps law enforcement should have "attractive" bluetooth decoys that lure thieves into decoy vehicles that are under surveillance. Bluetooth hackers could also contribute by generating thousands of fake devices with high-end make/model names much like the existing applications to make thousands of fake wifi access points and fake remoteID aircraft.
