White people still are the most overrepresented in leadership https://about.google/belonging/diversity-annual-report/2023/ https://about.google/belonging/diversity-annual-report/2023/ - you can deny reality all you want - there's only one group that is overrepresented. Let me guess the next reply to this will be some form of "White people are better"

- blitzar 3y ago60% of US leadership are White+ against 60% of the US population. 32% of US leadership are Asian+ against 6% of the US population. Your own source fails to back you up - page 16.
- questime 3y agoThe commenter was talking about promotions so I was looking at leadership % vs staff - nice change of topic though. Why is the US population a good source of comparison? Especially when these companies are full of immigrants? You need to look into your own privilege instead of blaming society friend.
- Ancapistani 3y ago> Why is the US population a good source of comparison? Especially when these companies are full of immigrants? It sounds like this can be seen in two ways: 1) White people are over-represented in leadership roles compared to the company as a whole. 2) Non-white people are over-represented in the company outside of leadership. Both of these statements are true.
